Add cottage cheese to your eggs to increase protein intake. I scrambled in 2 heaping teaspoons then cooked it up. I’m going to start sneaking this into my family’s eggs. 😏

Dates!! Eating whole raw dates with butter, cheese (I used goat cheese), or a natural nut butter is a great idea.
While dates are naturally high in sugar and do have excellent fiber to slow sugar absorption, pairing them with a fat from butter, cheese, or nut butter is even better.

These combos provide a steady energy release, minimizing sugar spikes and keeping you full for longer.
It's a simple way to enjoy a sweet treat while supporting more stable blood sugar.

It’s delicious, so remember, everything In moderation! My fav is the goat cheese. Which are you picking?

Hi Dionne! Welcome to getting OFF the rollercoaster. Keeping things simple and easy going is the absolute way to go, and that’s how we do it around here. I truly hope you find it refreshing.

Food tweaks are very powerful. Don’t worry about major overhauls- just take a look a small changes you can make and get a good momentum going with that. And remember, at our age we need the strength training to handle the extra baggage. 👍🏽

Dionne that’s excellent advice she gave you. Have you started doing the cocktail yet?

Welcome to our community, MC! How are you on sugar intake, sleep, strength training and magnesium? Remember, it’s doesn’t have to be all or nothing. It’s better to eas into things, start slow and build .

Hi Sharon, I had never used prescribed medication or anything topical except things like shea and natural oils. I didn’t know steroid withdrawal was a thing. Thank you for sharing about that here. My husband has been dealing with stress hives and had to be prescribed steroid pills on several occasions.
