Hi my name is Jen and I just started my Josie work outs after watching for a couple of years on YouTube but never seeming to find the time. Now I’m making the time! I love her realness and that I’m not jumping around like a human spring and getting injured. I feel great and hope to she’d the memo belly that I never had even after having twins!!! Good grief !!

Hi! My name is Awilda. I’ve done a few of Josie’s workouts and really enjoy the high intensity ones as well as the core workouts. I’m looking forward to being active again and feeling strong and healthy after almost ten years of putting my body on the back burner. Feeling grateful to be here with all of you. 🤗😘

Good morning

I am new here. Aged 70 years. Looking forward to modifying some exercises…..not as limber as I used to be but in pretty good shape. Spring is coming and I want to have a fit body. Any suggestions?
