Don't get anything from the bread aisle. The fresh bakery department is best. I usually do the multigrain sourdough from Wegman's bakery. The family is even getting on board!

Hi Ms. T. Take a look at this workout, focused on strengthening the muscles that support the knees. If you don’t have time for a full workout, throw in some of these exercises throughout the day. Your exercise form is also very important, as well as daily stretching. Also take collagen if you can. In the video, feel free to go at a slower pace for the exercises if you prefer.

Hey Tierney. Shoot for 2x week if you can, but also consider throwing in a few moves daily. For instance, in the morning before you get out of bed, or at bedtime, while in bed, you could do the moves you feel are most effective. I'm big on hanging out on the floor while watching TV, so that's my go-to time for these moves.
