Hi Aida. Welcome to our group! In the ‘Getting Started’ section you’ll find a very easy mini-mission to help you get going. I’ve linked to Step 3, which is the meat and bones of it. I encourage you to take those small consistent steps and be kind to yourself as you settle into new habits: no overwhelm or pressure.

On your personal calendar you’re able to start a daily streak. Everyday you pop into the app and watch/do a video for at least 15 seconds, you’ll earn your streak for the day. You’ll find this to be very encouraging and motivating!

We are working out live tomorrow at 9am ET. Even though you’re starting on Monday, please pop into the live if you can, and maybe watch for a few minutes so you can get familiar with our livestreams. Perhaps this weekend you can do some light stretching as your pre-game for next week’s start.

Please know that I’m always around if you have questions or need extra help. You can post here in the community or send me a private message and we can chat one on one.

Hi Jackie. Yes indeed! There’s a playlist of videos in the Programs section called ‘Plan and Track Your Off-App Workouts’. This allows you to select videos to add to your calendar that correspond to the type of non-app workout did you (walking, swimming, cycling, etc): https://thejosieapp.com/programs/collection-plan-track-your-off-app-workouts-fwxvz3k0odi Please take a look.
