Hi there! I’m Josie—a 51-year-old mom of four, proud grandmother, and 3x c-section warrior. I’ve shed over 40 pounds on my journey, healed my diastasis recti, and am successfully navigating the ups and downs of menopause.


The best parts? I do all my workouts at home with little to no equipment, and I’m a food lover who believes in balance (not deprivation!), so I can enjoy all kinds of food while maintaining a healthy body.


Natural health is a cornerstone of my lifestyle. I’m deeply passionate about using holistic approaches to achieve wellness. I believe that nurturing our bodies with natural methods whenever possible is the key to long-term health and vitality.


My personal fitness journey began over 15 years ago with a humble weight loss blog to help keep myself accountable. This eventually transitioned into video creation.


The Josie App was created in response to countless requests from wonderful people like you who connect with my workout style and healthy living philosophy. I felt it was important to develop the app for those who desire more in-depth guidance beyond my short social media clips. I truly believe I have a responsibility to share what I've learned along the way and teach the life-changing approaches that emerged from it—it’s not meant to be kept to myself!


For over 10 years, I’ve also specialized in training youth athletes—dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters, and all-star cheerleaders—helping them enhance their flexibility and strength to excel in their sport. I’m proud to hold two flexibility certifications and to have shared my passion with so many over the years.
