Hi, I’m Josie. I’m a 53 year old mom of four (3 c-sections) and proud grandmother. I’ve maintained over 40 pounds of weight loss, healed diastasis recti, and am successfully managing menopause naturally.


I’m a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Flexibility Coach.


All of my workouts are done at home with little to no equipment. I’m also a food lover who believes in balance, not deprivation, so I can enjoy all kinds of food while maintaining a healthy body.


Natural health is a cornerstone of my lifestyle. I’m deeply passionate about using holistic approaches to support wellness, and I believe nurturing our bodies with natural methods whenever possible is key to long term health and vitality.


My fitness journey began over 15 years ago with a simple weight loss blog to help keep myself accountable. Over time, that grew into creating workout videos.


The Josie App was created in response to countless requests from people like you who connect with my workout style and approach to healthy living. I wanted to create a space that offers more guidance and support beyond short social media clips.


I truly believe in sharing what I’ve learned and teaching the life changing approaches that have helped me, because it’s not something meant to be kept to myself.
