Hi Vicky. You haven’t been kicked out. There were a few emails and announcements about migration prior to the switch: Depending on how you purchased your initial subscription, jumping into the new platform required either a password reset or a restore purchase. Either way, it doesn’t require you to re-signup. Please contact thejosieapp@uscreen.support. My team will assist you in connecting your correct subscription- this is very important. We definitely don’t want you to have 2 subscriptions out there- Remember to mention that you initiated a new free trial.

The wooden box is getting used more at the moment, because I like to do quick evening exercises in the family room. Lately I’ve been doing modified squats (repetitive sit & stand up), step ups, and various arm exercises while seated.

I just have to say it- yes, this space is about fitness but that’s only a small part of our lives. If you’re going through any rough spots or challenges- trying to overcome in other areas, you’re especially on my mind today. Know that you are loved. Sending you a great big hug!

  • Moderate cleaning (vacuuming, mopping): *200–300 calories per hour
  • Heavy cleaning (scrubbing floors, moving furniture): *300–400 calories per hour
