Hi Kim! From the Catalog link, there are two specific category sections you may enjoy exploring and starting out with: "12 Minutes or Less' and 'Stretching and Relaxation'.

'Stretching and Relaxation' currently has two different Body Flow sessions that focus on flowy/stretchy mobility movement.

For '12 Minutes or Less', I've attached a partial screenshot of that category and highlighted some video recommendations.

You can favorite the workouts you love most and, if you like to pre-plan, add selected workouts to your personal calendar.

K Lang Hi K! I've added a new section inside the program called "Extra Days Suggestions" (it's a the very bottom). You can use these recommended workouts if you'd like to do more than 3x week. 

For the videos listed that are less than one minute (like that 23-seconds vid) -they are stand-alones: Throw them in any time of day, or use them as finishers to top off your longer workouts. Go for the burnout: As many reps as possible. Rest and repeat. 

Remember: Add these vids to your calendar in any weekly order you desire.
