The wooden box is getting used more at the moment, because I like to do quick evening exercises in the family room. Lately I’ve been doing modified squats (repetitive sit & stand up), step ups, and various arm exercises while seated.

Hi Ms. T. Great question! For a dedicated ab workout, 1-2x week is sufficient, considering we are always working them and engaging core.

I’m continuing to load videos in every week. As old videos are vertical, each one needs re-editing for horizontal formatting. It’s a big undertaking but I love the end result for our new platform. Thank you!
