Hi Jackie. Yes indeed! There’s a playlist of videos in the Programs section called ‘Plan and Track Your Off-App Workouts’. This allows you to select videos to add to your calendar that correspond to the type of non-app workout did you (walking, swimming, cycling, etc): https://thejosieapp.com/programs/collection-plan-track-your-off-app-workouts-fwxvz3k0odi Please take a look.
