Hi Josie,

I have a bulging disc and aggravated my back. The Chiro said I aggravated my sacrum. I am feeling somewhat better. But want to restart some strength training. Do you have any recommendations for restarting and also relieving a bulging disc? Thank you and have a blessed day.

Hi my name is Jen and I just started my Josie work outs after watching for a couple of years on YouTube but never seeming to find the time. Now I’m making the time! I love her realness and that I’m not jumping around like a human spring and getting injured. I feel great and hope to she’d the memo belly that I never had even after having twins!!! Good grief !!

Hi everyone. I wanted to share and say that small changes do pay off. I began by incorporating more protein into my meals and simple movements. I then joined this community and also went ahead and calculated my BMR and began to count my macros so that I could track and get data on what my body needs at this stage of my life and make changes if needed. Well, I feel better than I have in a while. I used to wake up bloated and not hungry, food would make me nausious at times, but now inflammation has decreased and I have lost 1.5 inches from my waist. I feel more energized and am more active with my six year old; my workout time is now a non negotiable. My moods have greatly improved and I feel like myself again. All this with just consistent, simple workouts(nothing crazy) and actually eating! I am eating more than I used to, by focusing on whole foods and prioritizing protein. I'm glad to be part of this community; thank you!

Late night meals and snacks can lead to bloating, weight gain, indigestion, poor sleep, and even acid reflux, especially if you lay down too soon after eating. That’s why I try to avoid eating after 9pm, giving my digestion enough time to rest.

One trick that has helped me for years is using saltine crackers to curb late night cravings. The slight saltiness is satisfying, and just one or two crackers is enough to take the edge off without interfering with goals. But this only works if you stick to 1-2 crackers, not a whole sleeve! 😜

Keep eating mindfully. Give it a try!

Hi Josie,  I hope your daughter is doing well.  Do you have a recommendation for lemon water ratio or is based on taste?
