I have a bulging disc and aggravated my back. The Chiro said I aggravated my sacrum. I am feeling somewhat better. But want to restart some strength training. Do you have any recommendations for restarting and also relieving a bulging disc? Thank you and have a blessed day.

No I don't but that is a good idea. I will have to research the bird dogs, glute bridges and cat cow exercises. I am not sure what those are. I am glad you mentioned deep squats, so I know not to go to low if I do the squat challenge. Thank you for your help. Have a blessed night.
