Even though the holidays, haven’t had a day where someone didn’t ask something of me or wanted something done for them. It can be very draining, so I’ve been saying ‘no’ more and will continue to do that. Saying ‘yes’ too often was leaving me depleted mentally.

This morning was terrible -an easy excuse to ‘abandon all’ and eat something extremely unhealthy. On top of that, I’m on the road. Decided on a chicken Caesar wrap instead of letting stress of the day take me down a different food path.

➡️ Two questions to ask yourself when tempted to eat ‘bad’ food at the wrong time:

  1. How will this make me physically?
  2. Will it have been worth it after I’m done?
