Hi Tarji. Yes you can cast from your phone and iPad as well, depending on your TVs capabilities. You can cast and/or airplay.

Hi Tierney. Yes, I had that classic pesky shelf. Still there due to loose skin, but it's shrank down considerably. The key is it continue with your abs/core workouts and combine it with good food choices (making good choices is a process and you'll get better at that as well). It takes a little time and consistency, but you can and will see results!
