This morning was terrible -an easy excuse to ‘abandon all’ and eat something extremely unhealthy. On top of that, I’m on the road. Decided on a chicken Caesar wrap instead of letting stress of the day take me down a different food path.

➡️ Two questions to ask yourself when tempted to eat ‘bad’ food at the wrong time:

  1. How will this make me physically?
  2. Will it have been worth it after I’m done?


Do your best to keep making good choices. ❤️

I do fresh squeezed ginger juice and make ice cubes to preserve it (they melt down fast). Each morning, I take 3 cubes: Once melted, I add cayenne pepper, turmeric and a splash of fresh pineapple as my morning shot combo. I’ve been doing this since early summer. Haven’t had a sniffle, sneeze or cough since the cold weather started. Ever tried ginger juice?

Valeria, I’m sending you biggest welcome hug right now. You’ve been through so much and I’m praying that your pain continues to diminish and heal.
