If you’re feeling all over the place and having a hard time dialing in, try this technique:

This is actually my personal plan for today. I find it so much easier to stay on track when I first visualize (see) in my mind how I want my day to go, then I map it out in writing. I use the notepad feature on my phone to create a simple accountability checklist. It makes a huge difference!

Give it a try and see how much more focused you feel. 💯

This is the uncensored pic of my 3x C-section scar. Happy I’m free to post it here in the app, because I can’t do that on social media (someone had reported me and the pic got flagged). 

Daily massage of your C-section scar improves blood flow, helping to break down adhesions & excess collagen, soften tight tissue, and reduce those painful stabbing sensations from scar tissue. This makes the scar smaller, flatter, and more flexible over time.

Late night meals and snacks can lead to bloating, weight gain, indigestion, poor sleep, and even acid reflux, especially if you lay down too soon after eating. That’s why I try to avoid eating after 9pm, giving my digestion enough time to rest.

One trick that has helped me for years is using saltine crackers to curb late night cravings. The slight saltiness is satisfying, and just one or two crackers is enough to take the edge off without interfering with goals. But this only works if you stick to 1-2 crackers, not a whole sleeve! 😜

Keep eating mindfully. Give it a try!
