Let's jumpstart January and set the tone for 2025 with a super easy, 5-Day Streak. This includes a prize draw for all participants who complete the Challenge.
YOUR MISSION IS SIMPLE:
Build a 5-Day Streak of daily movement using the short challenge videos. Each challenge video features a One-Move Workout Bite, making it quick and easy to pop into the app, move your body, and earn your streak. Use the challenge videos to build your daily streak. **This challenge gives you 10 days to complete a 5-day streak. If your streak is broken, you'll have extra time within the 10 days to reset and complete a new 5-day streak.
Get to Know Streaks and use it to stay motivated and on course. Simply show up daily, do a Challenge video and watch your streak grow.
HOW STREAKS WORK (located on the Calendar)
Watch (and do) a video for at least 15 seconds to lock in your streak for the day. Use the videos included in the Challenge. Your streak will display on your calendar.
Keep your Streak going! Maintain your streak by watching any video: catalog videos, live events, or challenges video, for at least 15 seconds each day.
Missed a day? Your streak resets to zero if you don’t watch at least 15 seconds of video.
Track Your Progress:
View your streak on the Calendar, marked with the green progress line.
Check your current streak (if active) and see your best streak to stay motivated!
PRIZE DRAW:
All participants who complete the Challenge will be included in the prize draw (1 winner) for 2 free months of The Josie App (or its equivalent).
