Here’s the spice marinade I used for my Chicken Shawarma dish using boneless chicken thighs:

- Baking soda for tenderness
- Salty & pepper
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Onion power
- Cinnamon
- Smoked paprika
- Cumin
WHITE SAUCE (not pictured):
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 squeezed lemons
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, dash of cinnamon
