I’m a mom of four, a grandma, and I’ve had three C-sections. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and kept it off, even through menopause. I know how hard it can be when your body changes, your energy drops, and you feel completely off. But it is possible to turn things around in a way that feels right to you.
